Kathleen and Amanda were so excellent to work with. They first helped us, at no cost, find a rental townhome when we moved from out of state. They were so thorough and quick to respond, that we knew wed use them when we wanted to buy. We worked most closely with Kathleen, but knew wed get a fast response from either of them, no matter the hour of the day. They also both have small kiddos, which made them really understand some of our considerations. They are really easy going, transparent, detailed, and punctual. Even since closing, they have helped us with any things that have popped up since. Highly recommend!!

I cannot speak more highly of this team. I have known Kathleen for virtually my entire life as her family and my family have been close for some time. When my finance and I entertained the idea of buying our first home, I felt comfortable and confident in reaching out to Kathleen. We met Kathleen's business partner and friend, Amanda and immediately had a connection. The duo has many strengths but one I want to specifically highlight is their communication. Anytime, day or night - these two are available. This makes for an incredible sense of comfort. We quickly learned that home searching can come at any time during the busy work week schedule and having an open line of communication was crucial. We were brand new to the home buying experience and to be totally honest - did not know everything we should be looking for. Kathleen and Amanda were completely honest and open when we toured homes together. They also have a great eye for potential improvements down the road, this made the process exciting when we envisioned together possible projects down the road. We found a home together that we are thrilled with. We talked about important "must-haves" and "wants" during the process and I can absolutely say our home checks so many of those boxes. Look no further! We had been looking for a single family home for a year and put in many offers of which every single one had been turned down. We were feeling quite defeated and taking a break when we ran into Amanda and Kathleen by chance. But as soon as we started working with them, it seemed like our luck just turned around. Nothing had changed other than who we were working with (we also switched to their lender), and the very first house we put an offer on got accepted! And even though we ended up backing out, Amanda and Kathleen were very patient, understanding, fully supportive of what we wanted, and we never felt any pressure from them. Then when the right house that we wanted finally came up, they got it for us quickly and successfully! We really couldnt have gotten the house without them, and are thankful that we found them! AND they did a fantastic job selling our townhouse which we got multiple offers for at beyond the asking price. Amanda and Kathleen are very professional, honest, have a wealth of knowledge, work very efficiently, communicate well, and are just REALLY GOOD at what they do! I also love how vibrant they are. Despite having used two different realtors before, we have learned so much more from them. You wont ever regret working with these two talented ladies!
