Burke Florist

I received a lovely potted Lily plant at Easter and am still enjoying weeks of blooms. Burke Florist has created several floral arrangements in the past for me, including a beautiful bouquet of roses and carnations I recently received for Valentine's Day. The arrangement literally lasted for 2-3 weeks looking fresh and smelling so fragrant! Burke Florist's service is also timely and the delivery driver is courteous and conscientious. I would highly recommend this florist to others.

Ordered a medium bouquet and not only did it not match the picture, over half the flowers were different from the photo online and although apparently they are permitted to use what they have in stock, they used flowers I absolutely hate. I choose the bouquet I chose for the flower meanings for the person and my relationship. They also delivered very late in the afternoon so not really for the persons bday that felt timely to me. Interactions online were frustrating. For $92 I would expect a 20-40 percent discount for this issue but they refused.

This is a wonderful establishment that has really given me an appreciation to the art of floral design and how it can brighten people's lives. The women who work here are incredibly kind and helpful to any customer and flexible to whatever their needs are. If you come to the shop and don't have a full idea of what you want, they will creatively workshop with your preferences and help you figure out what you want and will be satisfied with. I had them make some arrangements for my mother, and their creativity gave me some ideas as to the next time I order something for her. They work tirelessly to meet the demands of the day. If anything goes wrong with a flower arrangement like if a flower breaks, they will have a replacement flower in no time flat to fix it up. During busy seasons like Valentine's and Mother's Day, they are always up to the challenge with the numerous arrangements to create and deliver. I have a deep respect for the people who work at this shop. They have brought joy to countless regulars and newcomers alike with timely deliveries and pickups. I can't imagine a better crew of artisans to work with in this field.

I've been using their services since 2018. Great service and atmosphere inside, especially the new location. Burke Florist has some of the best arrangements in Fairfax.
