Hello Robert, Our Floral Shop, didn't do anything wrong. Robert, not only did we Upgrade your order, but we attempted to deliver twice! We Strive for Excellence! There was no "Specific" time for your delivery. As you were told you will get a "Delivery Confirmation" after your Floral delivery. -As I mentioned, our Delivery drivers were still in route delivering our orders, we don't close or stop delivering our Floral orders until 8pm. - Sorry Robert, but this was clearly YOUR Failure to belittle my Business. Unfortunately, you decided to come to my Business Reviews instead of responding as a "human being" We don't appreciate, Luckily for you I don't take any offense to this "Belittle of a Review" if I would like to be honestly speaking please also refer to yesterday's let down how you never contacted our shop back after not remitting payment for an order that was PERFECTLY DESIGNED by our Florist! You don't want to be honest I see. But, Anyway! PLEASE make a Mental Note from ever Ever EVER going to any other Goggle Businesses trying to Belittle, Tarnish, or Spreading any False Narratives. Please don't do that this is unhuman like and very rude! You need to be banned from "Goggle and Google Reviews" I work hard to please my Customers with my Passion and it will never Ever destroy me as a kind human being that I am! This shows me what of a unpleasant person you are.We Thank you for your review! Let's set the record straight Below is is your message "Hi the flowers didn't arrive today. I'd prefer a refund at this point since they haven't been delivered."1. We are a Business and we have other clients and customers.2. There was no specific time frame for your delivery.3.Your order was attempted to delivery twice this morning, not to mention going on and beyond with upgrading your arrangement. 4. It was delivered and She Loved it.Below is our text message to you:" Hi Robert, sorry our business doesn't close until 8pm. This is very rude of you. We don't appreciate it. We didn't give you a specific time for delivery. Our Floral driver did attempt to deliver your arrangement earlier this morning, We don't leave our Arrangements outside unless instructed to do so. Sorry! Next time have a little courtesy! Your arrangement is still out for deliver! Thanks! I would prefer Customer's with more self respect! Have a great one!!"Quote for you Robert, I like to live by."IF YOU STAND FOR NOTHING YOU WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING"- Take Much Care and Remember don't go around trying To Tarnish anyone's Business Ever Again!
