      Hello Gary Gray. We talk over the phone, we are checked system again and again, we don’t have your order, there’s No order under your name in our system. So sorry you in the situation, perhaps it’s different flowers shop? My suggestion is call your Bank charging, back protecting your consumer right. Hope you have good rest of your day.
