Austin Flower Delivery

5/5. I requested some additional info when ordering and they called me right back. Delivery tracker is cool. Tells you when your flowers are in route and when they’re delivered. They also upload a picture of your bouquet to their delivery tracker once they’ve made it, which is cool too. Flowers were delivered on time and with an extra rose too. They also have affordable options on their site in case you don’t want to spend too much. Will use them again next time.

This is a family owned floral shop in downtown Austin, which was the perfect location to order from as we knew they were close to the Fairmont Hotel we were staying at.  We ordered a wedding bouquet for my sister-in-law's wedding as well as some rose petals to use for the ceremony. The customer service was great from the very beginning to the delivery, and even to the follow up at the end. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called to talk to the representative who talked through what I was looking for, then I followed up with inspiration photos via email to her.  She worked with the florist to design the bouquet based on my requests.  I received email notifications providing updates on my order and when it was out for delivery as well as delivered.  This was a great peace of mind.  They delivered it to the hotel and the hotel kept it in a cooler overnight for us.  The bouquet was stunning, the flowers were lovely and fresh and stayed fresh for days.  It came sitting in a glass vase with water and the petals came enclosed in a plastic bag. Everything was presented in such a professional manner. After the order the manager followed up with a nice email checking in to ensure all went well and even offered a future discount and a "thankyou lunch." How often do you get those kind of emails? I don't believe I have ever.  They're so kind. All in all, we had a great experience.  Love that this is a small local family owned business and not some box store that will only look at you like another customer. Small business owners truly dedicate themselves to each and every customer because they live off of their reputation and not some corporation that can take several dents and get away with it. We could really see the care they put into their product and business. If you're this far into the search, call them now.

I've used Austin Flower Delivery a few times, and they are my new go-to florist. They have such lovely, unique designs with a large selection and wide range of price points. I love that they have a delivery tracker as well, so I can see a picture of the design without asking whomever the flowers are delivered to to send me a pic. I'm also a big fan of the fact that they are a family-owned business.

Extensive selection, attentive service and quick delivery with tracking. Provided a timely photo of my actual purchase before delivery. Would definitely recommend.
