Been in my apartment since it open , so far management been great.

Customer service ladies are rude they rush you off the phone, they suck need to find better staff, people who have patience and care!

Just a question are these low income apartments?

The new manager, Michelle Gomez, is very communicative to the the residents as well as myself, someone who was interested in providing services to the residents.

It's quiet, with security doors and cameras for safety.

I like the two bathrooms.

Better than being disabled AND homeless. Very old bldg but they keep it up as best they can. Staff friendly and helpful. Mgmt good.

It is a great apartment complex EXCEPT for certain people putting their garbage out to feed animals. It puts your dogs at risk!

I love this building for the nostalgia. I would love to own this building and fix it up to it's former glory then use it to help God's children in need

Worst place I've ever lived. So many codes broken and unsafe. Constant violence and people that don't live here running in and out. Disgusting!!!
