Refined Restoration

Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and we had water in the basement and kitchen. We called our insurance on a Sunday and they contacted Refined Restoration on a 3 way call. Ed was able to come right out to our house, on a Sunday! He assessed the damage and told us what the plan was. Before he left, he set up blowers, dehumidifiers and drainhoses in the kitchen and the basement. It took three days for both of the areas to be dry. Ed and his assistant came out each day to assess and update us each time. We HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone that may need them.

Ed, Val and Frank are truly the nicest people. Val is very knowledgeable and answered all of my MANY questions very clearly so I knew what was happening at all times. They worked extremely hard and professionally the entire time. I know it sounds cliche, but they really went above and beyond. By the end of the job, they truly felt like family. I can't say enough great things about Ed and his team! We had a pipe burst and they were here within an hour of me reaching out. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable & most importantly transparent & honest. Ed took the time to explain how to best restore our home and prepare it for repairing the water damage on 3 floors. They set an expectation each day for the next day and were on time, did what needed to be done and stayed in constant communication. They made a stressful time so much easier & I would recommend them to anyone! Was very happy with Refined Restoration !,They did an excellent job at my elderly mothers house. Very patient and professional . They were right there when called answered all my questions and even on Sunday when I called they always pick up the phone and came out to check ! Highly recommend!
