Pretty sure it was from this location, but Matt and Jason absolutely killed it. Did a great job while trying to help me out and work with us as easily as possible. Made a painful situation of 3 apartments affected by a septic backup/flood far less painful. They were on top of it and did great with communicating when they were coming and what needed to be done. Take this as you will, but I was told by their supervisor "yeah, these are the guys we send when we need to clean up a job that some other techs couldn't handle.". So, sorry if you got anyone other than these guys I guess lol. Everyone's new a something sometime, so that's probably all the had to go clean up after. Regardless, they did a great job and got things cleaned, sanitized, drywall removed, so we can get things back to livable conditions. There are no words for how thankful I am for these wonderful people! I had flooding and a leaking roof that led to a mold problem in my house. Through over a month of getting the various related problems treated and taken care of (mold, asbestos in the walls, water in my basement), Scott kept me sane and confident that it would all be resolved. And this was with an anticipated house full of family for the holidays - about which I was terrified that there would be no place for anyone to sleep. Scott and his crew were simply spectacular. They kept me informed, calmed my anxiety, responded immediately to my questions and concerns, and got the work done quickly, professionally and perfectly. Scott even stayed in touch when he was on vacation for several days, and he coordinated wonderfully with the additional services that I needed (asbestos testing and removal). Honestly, I would have stuck my head in a blender if I hadn't had Scott and his team to help! Thank you so so much!
