Fantastic restoration and repurpose of the oldest home in Rochester. Worked very well for our application. Parking can be sketchy during prime hours.

House build in 1835. I walked by but did not go in during the 2018 Corn Hill Arts Festival.

Glorious park. Finding the cabin was difficult, and the park roads were restricted from yesterday's heavy rain. But, if I wanted a cabin this would be great.

The apartment complex no longer stands, but here is a nice plaque that commemorates a blues legend that lived here in Rochester for many years.
