Beware of the HOA! Maintenance crew spends their time harassing residents instead of maintaining properties.

I catered a cocktail party. Lovely building and residents.

Beautiful setting in the woods. Townhouses average around 1700 sq ft. Some bigger, some smaller. Caring, attentive maintenance crew.

The property managers do an excellent job of keeping the grounds neat and beautiful. Their handyman is always very quick to come.

Pretty much they only sell beer and cigarettes
