Have you ever had an amazing experience that you just have to share with the entire world? My family and I are excited to let you know we recently experienced this when working with Dawn, her husband Jim, and the entire Dawn Nowak Team. They assisted us in finding a wonderful home in a great neighborhood. We were highly anxious about winning the home, since we knew there would be a bidding war, which is the case these days in good areas. We hired Dawn to represent us as our buyers agent. She listened patiently to our needs and wants, and why we liked this home. She came up with a game plan for how we bid on this home and alternatives in case we lose out. She produced a creative solution that worked well with both the sellers side and us to ensure the home was sold to us. Her strategy worked and we were beyond elated. Its as if no mission is too difficult, and no mountain is too high for Dawn because she is extremely knowledgeable. It didnt end there with an amazing strategy. During this entire process Dawn was always readily available to us by phone, text, and email. Shed always call and then send follow up emails reiterating what we spoke about so that were all on the same page. Her husband Jim showed up to the closing to help guide and support us with the paperwork. Even Dawns operational process with her clients is sensational. She runs a highly efficient and organized operation. You never felt out of the loop or in the dark about anything that was happening in the process from start to finish. What makes Dawn even more exceptional than any other agent on the market, is that you dont just have an amazing transaction with her, but you end up walking away with a friend and access to her Vendor List. Jim, Dawn's husband, a wonderful friendly man who you just want to enjoy drinks and have fun conversations with. Jim recommended a great restaurant called Beerhead Bar & Eatery. We spoke with the owner of Beerhead and found out Dawn helped buy a home for him too and he also spoke glowingly of Dawn and Jim. We also hired a plumber on the recommendation of Dawn and even the plumber Anthony Cilento provided great service with great price (we shopped around) who talked about Dawn and Jim warmly. She also invited us to her Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway Party for all her clients and friends and were so shocked how wonderful and positive everyone was. We met people from all different walks of life and a wide variety of occupations. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to connect as new friends with each other even after the party. Her network of people is so broad and casts a wide net over many areas, and it was delightful to interact with all of them. There is no doubt we will only recommend Dawn to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home so that they will also be a part of her amazing group of people who become friends.
