I take back that Star. As someone who has direct, personal, business experience with this organization; rather than list all the complaints that I have submitted to the AG; I would simply strongly recommend that you and your HOA stay away from RPG.

Im a property owner and they are trying to tow my vehicles horrible service and they will charge you on top of not doing anything leaves everywhere dont use this company

Our HOA property manager, Dave, does not respond to my concerns, variance requests, emails, questions and doesn't keep me informed regarding pesticide application despite repeated requests and HOA meetings.

In Fall 2022, Bob Marvin, president of Realty Performance Group (RPG), our HOA property management company, agreed to do an excavation project for us. The project was started but couldnt be completed because it was too late in the season. It still needed to be graded, topsoil added, and seeded. We were invoiced for the total amount with a promise they would return at a later date and complete the work. RPG paid the entire bill from our HOA account, even though the job was not completed. After many promises through the next spring and summer, they never returned to finish the job. We had to hire another company to complete the work and cover that cost ourselves since Bob Marvin/RPG would not pay the bill or reimburse us. Not sure how you can give this organization an A+ rating.
