Way too overpriced and extremely outdated.....I know many people who have lived there as I live close by to the apartments in question (Glenbrook Manor) and I have seen not one improvement since I was a child now in my 30s...,on the interior ( with the exception of new paint or carpet when needed) or the exterior of the buildings themselves Which have remained he same my whole life. And being that nothing is included and the apartments are small and they took out the pool 2 years ago...it's not worth it. It's not my business to slander their terms of rent but trust me I've looked into it and to it and found out Its cheaper to rent a house...so take this review how you want to but I don't want to be the one in the end who said I told you so....just saying.

Rent is high and goes up every year no matter what. Snow removal is bare minimum and is not addressed in a timely manner. Lost hot water at one point for over a month and Office staff told me I didnt need hot water in the summer cuz its hot outside. Garbage disposal broke and instead of being replaced, it was removed. This place wants to charge top dollar for rent but provide the bare minimum of service when it comes to the residents. I do not recommend living here at all.
