So some tenants are trashy. I'm not sure why, it's repugnant, but to be clear, if a building is filthy, it's because of filthy tenants. Management is not coming by filthing up the place. I've seen issues with tenants leaving trash all over the outside with a layer of gross sludge on the pavement. After bringing it to Wilco's attention, they put a post out to the tenants and were there within a few days scraping it all up. 100%, they put their back into it. They don't get enough credit. Plus, online rent payments and issue management are all very easy to use. I was not offered any incentive for this review or even asked to leave one. Just stay vigilant and don't let your neighbors get away with being vile disgusting scum buckets.

Allegra is just horrible to deal with, non responsive, uneducated and the reason the companys has so many bad reviews. Stay far away!

I wouldnt move here. The management staff does not follow nys code for their buildings, they treat tenants terrible. They charge you for things that arent even in the lease and the buildings are over all dirty.
