Tim came to our house soon after I called - confirmed that we had mice in an enclosed section of the basement. He then checked the entire outside perimeter of the house and located the likely entry point for the mice. While checking the basement insulation, he found several nests. He returned another day to remove the old and install the new insulation, clean out and vacuum the entire area, sanitize the room, fix the entry hole and set traps. will return in 2 weeks to check traps. Tim came out for the final round of the mice problem we were having. We caught 48 mice in the 1st 48 hours from Tim being here. He checked back every month for the next 3 months. He was great and problem is now under control with no mice in site as of now. We will continue with Tim on a quarterly basis to check bate boxes and spray the outside for season bugs. I would recommend anyone that has an issue with any infestation, call Tim immediately for his service. Lastly, the level of professionalism and knowledge was very good.
