Had an issue with a yellow jacket nest in a wall void/attic. RPP reached out to my preferred method of contact, and a tech was here the same day. Tech was great. Looked in the attic and then with in minutes had plan ready and took care of situation. Was a little cheaper than original quote. Compared to other companies they ended up being a little cheaper and the nest was quite completely in 6 hours, with no activity since. Would use again if needed! Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Over the course of 2 years, and having paid multiple "exterminators" to come out to my home to help us deal with an overwhelming ant problem, only one company TRULY delivered. I wish I had called Rochester Pest Pro the first time around as it would have saved us around $500 in additional expense. Savings aside, I'm on here writing this review mainly because of the professionalism and courtesy of one of their employees Matt. Matt came to the house, shimmied down into a crawl space that others would cringe at, and properly treated the home inside and out. He educated me on the type of ants we were dealing with and some preventative things we can do in addition to his treatment to make sure they never come back. Matt even took the extra step that one of the other companies did not and put covers on his boots to respect the cleanliness of our home and floors. It's the LITTLE THINGS like this that people do not realize make all the difference. I don't often write reviews but this is a rare case where a company responded to my request immediately, scheduled me almost immediately, showed up promptly, communicated with me through the entire process and MOST IMPORTANTLY.....DELIVERED THE RESULTS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. We have not seen an ant in almost 4 weeks now. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Thank you again to Jason, Matt and the Rochester Pest Pro team.

We had a bee issue in our house. I decided to call Rochester Pest Pro as a first time client. Very friendly to talk to on the phone and they came out same day. Professional service, identified the issue and took care of the problem. Highly recommend these guys and will use them again!
