Really loved the fact they responded over the weekend and at night. They took care of mold in our basement for a family member who has been ripped off by contractors before. Would highly recommend.

We contracted with Advanced Environmental & Restoration Services to complete a mold remediation project on our basement. Josh and his team were professional and went above and beyond to complete the project. Advanced Environmental & Restoration Services were contracted with after the first company neglected to ensure the safety of our home and rendered poor quality service. Josh arrived the same day as contacted and immediately acted to formulate a plan to remediate the mold and most importantly contain and ventilate the spores, to decrease the risk to my family. Josh, Tonya, Frank and Michael were awesome to work with. This team answered any questions I had in a timely matter. I cannot say enough about their commitment to the customer, communication and amazing work ethic. I would highly recommend them for any project you may be considering. I will definitely work with them on future projects, if the need arises. They can be trusted with your project and most important the safety of your family/home. Service: Mould removal

They did the remediation they were contracted to do. They were given bad information by the mold inspector, so to say that they did not complete the work as contracted would be unfair. They did a flood cut, removed it, and sprayed the area. There was some minor damage to the surrounding drop ceiling and drywall, and we made no effort to contact them to fix it (nor did their employees make any effort to report the damage). There was still heavy mold growth on surfaces directly adjacent to the dry wall that we opened up and treated ourselves, but again this mold was _not_ in the report. Overall, the work itself was 3 or 4 stars (some minor damage to the area but the mold appeared gone where they were contracted to remove it). 5 stars is perfect, and the work was not perfect. The rating is for the unprofessional behavior following our first (2-star) review. We got 7 phone calls in 15 minutes (no voicemails), followed by an email and a text message with an extremely unprofessional tone (lots of words in caps, calling our behavior "horrible"). Again, this was 3 or 4 star work that was completed in a timely fashion. But I have never dealt with a customer service representative so aggressive about negative reviews. Just be warned that they will do a fine enough job and the odds are good that they will try to fix any mistakes that they made (within the scope of the contract), but if you give them less than 5 stars expect pretty aggressive harrassment until you change the review. Didnt know anything about mold but Josh came out within an hour of calling. He explained the mold remediation process and water damage issues I had. The crew came out the same day. Everyone was very professional and answered all of my questions.
