The Inn On Broadway

This hotel has mice. When I told the front desk, they said it was normal and that they've seen mice before too in the wintertime. They did not even offer a refund and only tried to get me a different room after I asked. They did offer dessert and coffee from the hotel restaurant and helped me move my things to the new room, but that was it. Please go to other hotels that are CLEAN.

We had a business meeting in town on our anniversary so we decided to look for a romantic room with a jacuzzi tub so we could relax in the evening. After reading the reviews for the Onn on Broadway, we decided to give it a chance since they were very mixed reviews. We're so glad we gave it a chance because it was so much better than we ever expected! The Inn is charming, historic, and fantastically remodeled. We were very impressed, right down to every outlet in the room having a USB port along with the regulations plugs. We stayed in room 301. The jacuzzi was clean and modern, the fireplace was a wonderful bonus and they already had it going upon our arrival. We will definitely stay there again when we're in the Rochester area! Next time we would love to try the restaurant as well. The pictures of the food look incredible!
