Weed smell is absolutely awful and disgusting, especially from 509. Also, people dont clean after their dogs, which I caught on camera. But unfortunately, management never does anything and only blames the person calling as if its our fault for living in this dump.

Down trodden. Knicked, scraped, paint. Lots of noise. Confusing parking situation. Security seemed pretty easy to get through. Apartment with an island only floorplan with enough room for 2 people and maybe a baby or toddler. But otherwise very run down looking just from walking the hallways, alone.

Update: The place is absolutely littered with feces everywhere (hallway, sidewalk, and grass). Floors arent kept clean or maintained. Marijuana smell is everywhere inside the building. Only the office area is free of smoke. So much for being a smoke free building. Michele, the manager, is absolutely terrible. She seemed tolerable when going through the leasing process, but with continued communication, she was not only curt but flat out rude. When asking about a problem, she literally replies with what do you want me to do about it. Im not expecting some top tier service or kindness, but you would think she could possess basic decency. The building is supposed to be smoke-free, but you will always be greeted by the smell of weed in the hallways, stairs, and every area of the premise. The elevator stops working without notice and the residents put up out of order signs on the elevator to help other residents know. The washer rubber seal is covered in mildew, but you are only advised to run the washer with bleach in hot cycle (even though it doesnt work). They expect you to live alongside mold without offering to change the rubber seal. With this problem, you are met with if its not broken, we dont do anything about it. So I guess its up to the resident to care about their own health to replace it. The building seems to only get superficially cleaned as the litter in hallways or outside entrance are left for days on end without pick up. (Any problems you bring to Michele, you can expect her to respond in the fashion mentioned above) While I understand some of the concerns I addressed couldnt be addressed because of policy, its the manner in which the responses of the staff brought me to write this review. The demeaning and disrespectful tone of the staff shouldnt be something residents have to deal with. Having lived here only for a short period, I am writing this review knowing I will have to face increased discomfort from the management team. However, it only seems fair to let others know about what to expect. Also, as someone else mentioned in another review, the road to the apartment isnt paved, so dont expect to keep your car clean. While people will sign the lease based on their needs regardless of review, just know they are not friendly.
