        Amazing staff. Whether you get locked out or your stove is acting weird they'll get it done in no time. Whenever it snows they clear the garage driveways asap. Everyone I have interacted with were pleasant and patient.

        The staff is really nice. We like everyone and we like it here. Maybe there is a problem with the work procedures. In winter, heating requires a long time of communication, phone calls, and all kinds of troubles. My children and I have to take turns catching colds for several months before we can come. Solving the heating problem makes me very nervous every winter. I hope this comment can help people who live here. You can ask them to heat properly. I have also introduced many friends to come here because it is really good. They have never encountered a situation like ours. I dont know the reason. Overall it's really good. I hope we won't catch another cold due to the heating problem next winter, otherwise we will really have to move. Thank you
