The Linc

My wife and I moved to Rochester and lived at The Linc for 1 year. I was 6 hours away on Long Island and relocated for a temporary work assignment. Renee walked us through the application/leasing process completely remotely, sent us photo/video of our apartment, and was always available from the beginning. She definitely helped our big move go as smoothly as possible. We arrived to a very clean and beautiful apartment. I loved the apartment, Renee and the maintenance crew were always very responsive and quick to help with anything. Our neighbors on the 8th floor were quiet and very friendly. We left the apartment clean, exactly how we received it. We got our security deposit returned a couple weeks after our move out. I have nothing but good things to say about my personal experience living at The Linc and I would live there again if I could. Definitely recommend and special thanks to Renee and The Linc team for their efforts!

I hate this place for the people are noisy and the staff doesn't listen to the complaints they say they will take care of it and nothing. I am looking for another apartment for my self no matter how many times I complain about the sinking smell of the hallway I keep burning incense and spray. it's terrible. I am looking for another place and the noise. I can't wait to get out. been here 4 months and its been the worst

I used to manage this property with Donny and have heard nothing but great things from residents to this day. The updates look amazing and I hope everyone is doing well!
