Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

It's a nice building. The layout and appliances of the room are great. The only thing we have to complain about is the A/C. The heater didn't work at all. It was extremely cold outside when we moved in late night. Then we set the temperature to 75 F. But the heater never worked. The room temperature was always 60 F even when we moved out. We didn't fall asleep at all and left early in the morning...

Amazing experience at this property. Brand new facility and very kind staff. Attentive to the snow clearing on high traffic areas during some heavy downfall. Room was spotless with no wear seen, cozy bed, and hot water plentiful. Full kitchen was welcome and the internet TV was a great touch as well. Will be returning for my Milwaukee visits!

I stayed here with my boyfriend back when I was visiting him in August of 2021. We arrived around 1 am, due to my flight coming in at 11 pm; check in was very quick and the man at the front desk was very nice and overall very helpful, along with the other staff members I encountered during my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and modern - to say the least, it is definitely one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was great, and the food was phenomenal. The only problem I had was that the little store area was a bit overpriced, but again.. not too surprising for a hotel; let alone an outstanding hotel like this one. If I ever need to stay (I live in WI now.) at a hotel for whatever reason, it definitely will be this one again.

This hotel is a delight and I hope to stay there again. I felt perfectly safe and well taken care of. The room was quiet, even the halls are quiet. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Lots of lighting and lamps, lots of plug ins and outlets, decent breakfast choices (waffles!) and a really lovely lobby. Such a unique location, but still very convenient.
