Very rude doctor. I felt very unwelcomed here. They acted if I was silly to bring my child in.

WORST CARE EVER BY AN MD - I am an RN and thought I would get good care at this ER. I was very wrong. I had an injury that incurred a 4” long slice in my skin and knew it required stitches. When the MD only put in 4 stitches I knew that wouldn’t be enough so I asked him if it shouldn’t have more. He said no and did not want to put any more in. I should have insisted but I was still in shock over my injury. It took 2 months to completely heal and would have taken longer if I didn’t have a good friend who happens to be a wound care RN and had special dressings to help heal it quicker.
That was the first problem.
They had me come back too soon (5days, normally it is 7-10 days) and after removing two sutures, the wound started gaping so they put butterfly bandages over the two inches and had me come back few days later. And they told me the stitches removal would be no charge.
That was the second problem.
I was charged 3 different visits. This happened in October last year and I am STILL dealing with this!!
I would have given ZERO star rating if I could on this site.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ER AT ALL FOR ANYTHING. EVER. Go at your own risk. There are several ERs to choose from.
And I have called multiple times to several different ppl and no one returns my call. I even left a vm at corporate office as well.

Terrible experience at this place. The doctor had horrible bedside manner. I will never return to this place or recommend it to anyone.

chose urgent care as a quick alternative to ER. I went in with a sudden onset of 102 fever of unknown cause. Front desk very pleasant. Nursing staff was good made me feel comfortable. Doctor barley made eye contact, was more worried about his wrecked car and car insurance issues, he ordered few tests all negative. IV needle placed only was not given fluids was not even sent home with oral antibiotics. Was back in Texas Health main ER diagnosed with strep bacteria in blood required IV antibiotics and oral antibiotics 4x a day for 14 days. Just felt a little discouraged about ever going back to an urgent care center again.
