Went in Friday for my consultation, I was very nervous but Ms. Silvia instantly calmed my nerves and took amazing care of me, by the end of my consult I could feel that they truly care about you and want you to feel good about yourself, excited to start my journey with such amazing staff

The staff is kind and friendly and the wait time is minimal, especially for returning customers with a membership. They also offer to go shots when you are head out of town and I have never had a problem with my meds or the syringe.
The new Collierville location is more convenient for me but I will continue to go to Ridgeway because of the excellent customer service experience.
