I try to only review businesses when I have had positive experience, but feel my experience here may be helpful for others to hear about. I moved into an office that has used PDQ to print their signs for many years. PDQ has templates for the office as well as the specific signs that I need. I contact them in March of 2021. It is now November 2021. I have sent 15 e-mails, called and spoken with them about 25 times, and stopped by the shop 3 times. The template was completed by April. Eight months later, and still no sign. They have given multiple dates for instillation and then not shown up. They are now in the process of a move and have let go of several employees, so are saying they are "backed up." Pete, the manager, does the signs. Everyone else has been very kind and helpful, though he has not returned a single phone call. He sent one e-mail in July stating he did not know how many signs I needed, despite my approval of the templates back in April. I clients miss appointments because they could not find my office. I hope they are able to find a solution soon but I would recommend anyone else in the area or online for signs. I would go with another business myself, but they have all of the templates for this office building.

The hours are beyond useless. I'm at work before they open and out of work after they close. 9am to 3pm is not even 8hrs
