        Although I love my doctor...the call center that manages the phone calls to the office is the worst I have ever experienced...the are unprofessional uninformed and condescending...you can't even speak to the PA...horrible

        Absolutely negative feedback. Scheduled an appointment for MRI scan, but after arriving there with doctor checked my earlier xray from other hospital just advised therapy. Its fine on doctor's professionalism, but when appointment was taken for MRI scan then its surprised to see when they said they don't have MRI scan. Outcome of the visit, is just therapy and charged my insurance along with copay.
