Jaclyn Bohall is AMAZING! This is my second purchase from this store and I am even more happier than the first. Jaclyn was very patient with me and worked so hard showing us many cars and explaining all the unique features. It turned out to be a 3 day process as I don't impulse buy and she never pressured me or made me feel as though my business was not valuable. Thanks Jackie, I love my new car and am grateful for you!

If I could give a zero star I would. The service writer Shawn was the only highlight of my time at this location. The management staff is a complete joke. Ive left over 15 voicemails for both the floor manager and the service manager never have I gotten a return call back. I came in during the month of November for an oil pan crack which was an insurance claim which Shawn helped me out with. At that time I was very happy and wanted to give them more business to have my grandmothers Mercedes brought in. After scheduling an appt that they missed and never rescheduled I was starting to worry. After that Ive been trying to to leave message after message and even had to drive 30 mins into the store make an in store appointment which I was only told later on it was very confirmed on their end. This place does horrible business and horrid work. Do NOT visit this location if you want your car fixed correctly. I came in for my insurance claim which got fixed in very thankfully for. Only just to have my alignment messed up after they said theyd correct it for free during my oil pan claim. Got it back and it was 10X worse. My side skirt came off shortly after as well which wasnt even affected by the oil pan incident. I will NEVER bring my car here again nor will my family. My advice to anyone looking at coming here. DONT. Take the extra mileage and time to go to the Sacramento location instead. STAY AWAY.
