I have been doing Google reviews for a couple years now. And here is one with a lovely lady named Kathy Posey. I had tried several places and though you got beat on price by a smudge. I will always treasure a commensensical approach this customer service rep took with me. I've worked in call centers for 30 years and haven't had many reps impress me until talking with Kathy. I was in Freeway Insurance and met this nice lady named Kathleen whom was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and willing to make sure I was well taken care of when I left the office. If you need insurance Freeway is the place and ask for Kathleen! She is a doll!
