Theres a line against the wall of individuals like myself who is in need of medical attention while two males nurses parade around like no one needs to register to be seen. I really HATE coming here and if it wasnt for the fact that I had limited transportation Id be over at Blodgett where theres no wait times and the staff treats the patients with respect.

The worst ER I have ever been to. The 'doctors' are dismissive, they don't care. Go anywhere else. Blodgett is great. Or go to Metro. Or urgent care. Anywhere but Butterworth....

Long wait times. They don't care who's suffering more of how severe your pain is, unless you're bleeding out or having a heart attack, they will take whoever is before you in line, even when you're miscarrying right there in front of everybody. Was threatened by a nurse that they would force my clothes off because I told them to give me time to undress and get in a gown because I'm shy about my body.

Theyll treat you like a criminal before a patient. I came here to the adult emergency room for help. Instead was told I have to go through a medal detector process

I was sorely disappointed. Staff was cleared fatigued and the care reflected same.
