I usually but cars outright for cash but didn't have the money at the time. This was the only cat that was very nice yet cheaper then done if the other nice cars on the lot so i bought it , with interest i will end up paying over 20,000 for this car! I am not happy! They are good at sweet talking of course so watch your back!

2 yrs ago i gave this dealership 5 stars and daid nothing but great things to anyone who i knew. My husband Jim had his heart set on a Sonata Limited and found one at this place. He wanted that car so badly, he didn't care that a 2013 .Model with about 7000 miles on it had different tires on the front and back! He also didn't care that the vehicle showed some damage in the right front fender area. I did research on the car, it had a clean carfax, but did have several open recalls that had not been taken care off . I did not go with him to look at the car, but he drove it home to show me. First thing i noticed was the damaged area on the right front. Second, the different tires. He assured me that he was told that the damage on the right front was only cosmetic and would be taken care off. I then spoke to the salesperson on the phone, who stated they just got the car and it would sell fast and we needed to make a quick decision. Knowing my husband, that car would be his no matter what! He was a very big, boisterous, loud, and stubborn guy who knew no stranger. He was witty and quick and cracked jokes all the time. But he always left the legwork for me. Like working out a deal, the financing, etc. So i asked for guarantees that there would be matching tires on the car, the right front would be properly repaired and painted. The damage was minor, but the different tires bothered me. Why would a 2 yr old car with 7000 miles on it have different tires in the front and back. I also asked that all open recalls would be taken care off before we took possession and paid for the vehicle. As well as asking for a couple of free oilchanges and a full tank of gas. Financing was already done, they could not beat the rate of 2.2% i got from our credit union. So, we put a deposit on the vehicle. When we went to get the car, there was a small disagreement about them paying for both new tires. But we worked it out. The car was beautiful, inside and out! It was Jim's pride and joy. I believe we purchased the vehicle in Sept 2015. In February, my husband became ill. After being misdiagnosed 5 times, I asked that he was transferred to KUMED where i had worked as an RN for several years in the past. The entire time my husband had been complaining that the car pulled to the right and was difficult to steer. He brought it back to your dealership, but it didn't improve. He then took it to the Hyundai Dealer Ship, they did something and rotated the tires. The last time my husband drove his car was March 18th 2016. I never drove it, i asked my son to drive it, but the battery was dead. We got it jumped, he drove it for a few miles and complained how much the car kept pulling to the right and hard to steer. My husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, no hope, no treatment. I took him home on May 5th and he passed July 10,2017. In the meantime, the car would have to be jumped each time my son would drive it and then finally had to be towed to the HYUNDAI Dealer Ship to get a new battery, scheduled maintance and my son told them about the difficulty steering and the car pulling to the right. Anyway, i finally got the nerve to drive it and after coming out of the store, the front bumper and front panel had separated and it was quite obvious that it had been glued together!!! I was absolutely stunned! Now the different tires, the damage, the pulling to the right all made sense!!! I cannot find the words to describe how betrayed i feel and nobody will ever be able to convince me that your mechanic is innocent!! If he didn't see that, you need to find another one! This is flat out fraud! I have no experience when it comes to cars, but it is so apparent that this vehicle struck something that damaged the right front and probably blew the tire. The Carfax was clear since there was no insurance claim filed. Iam glad my husband was gone when that happenend because he would've been furious!! We paid over $20,000 for this car. Shame on you!! By now everyone I know will never buy a vehicle from you. You lost at least 3 sales i know about.
