UPDATE** We woke up one below-freezing morning and our heat was not blowing warm. Called Chris and he was at our house that day and corrected the issue very quickly. Highly recommend.. again Very pleased with Chris and his fast and timely customer service. We came home from a Memorial Day weekend vacation and our A/C was not working. Chris sent Jeremy out at 7 pm on a holiday to fix our unit and had us cooling again that evening. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your heating or cooling needs. Short version: I installed some Nest Thermostats and somewhere along the way, I messed up. No AC, Summer temps, and it was after hours (of course). On top of that, I was doing this for my daughter who had a newborn. Off to a bad start by me! Called Carter Heating & Air and they came out after hours and spent several hours getting us back up and running. Air blowing cold, Nests working correctly. Literally life saving. On top of that, their rates were more than fair! I can't recommend them enough. When the time comes to update the older AC units in the house, these guys are definitely getting the call.
