My child started therapy there. First visit I wasn't even in the waiting room for 10 minutes and the lady came and got me to tell me that we needed to get my child on medicine desperately. Two visits later she told my child there was nothing else she could do.

Had to miss work and drive one hour to this office, twice now, appointment was at 8am, didn't see a Dr until 8:45am. Had many questions, concerns, and issues. Dr spent five minutes in the room with me, I felt rushed and unimportant both visits. Literally had to follow this man into the hallway and stop him to continue my visit. Julie is the only reason I'm still a patient at this place.

Unwilling to listen. Gives terrible information. Pretty much a shoulder shrug when you ask what might be wrong. Will not be back.

I would like to commend Alex for going above and beyond in making my situation much easier. 10/10 would recommend. He deserves a raise.
