Hands down the best experiance at an authorized dealer I have had in my entire life. I would go as far as to say the best customer service experiance I ever had. My friend and I, a couple of college kids in street clothes, went to visit the boutique because I have a passion for watches. We made it clear that we didn't have the money to buy anything but even still, the sales rep was kind and we started discussing watches. Seeing how passionate I was, he brought out some pieces for us to try on and a loop to look at the movement. He was very kind and patient and seemed to have a genuine passion for lange. The first AD I've met that understands that sometimes people have aspirations and grails, and though maybe not a customer today, later in life they'll remember a great experience and return when the time is right.

Amazing experience at this boutique! Chris is super personable and knowledgeable. I love this brand and this spot has the largest selection I’ve seen at a single location. Definitely worth visiting!

Amazing service! I was expecting great customer service (given the brand reputation), but I was blown away by their level of care and commitment to their customers. Chris (the boutique director) was especially helpful with my purchase. He was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience with A. Lange & Sohne!
