Amazing Experience; Today was my first time in Bucherer. I was completely blown away by the layout and the vast selection of jewelery. My watch professional was Michael Faulhaber, who provided exemplary service in regards to Rolex. He provided me with his undivided attention and answered all of my questions. People like him elevate the brand beyond the standard luxury experience. If youre in the area and have an appreciation for horology and what Rolex symbolizes, look no further.

I cannot say enough great things about Bucherer Palm Beach. After years of debate, I finally decided to purchase my first Rolex. I had visited and been placed on the wait list for many months at three other Rolex dealers. During a regular visit to Palm Beach, I decided to visit this location - and I am glad that I did! I was greeted immediately by Eileen who was extremely friendly. She placed me on their waiting list, but was consistent with communication. After just a few short weeks, I got the call from her that the watch I wanted was available! She was wonderful through the entire process and I cannot say enough great things about the experience.

Highly recommend asking for Robert!! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to get exactly what we wanted with minimal wait time.

This is one of the best Rolex store I have ever visited, the team here was very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly, with all the demands happening, Mr, Max was able to help me out and took his time explained everything about the Rolex. Definitely coming back here! I am so happy that they reopened this store, after renovation the store looks amazing.

Reference: Rolex repair. Drop watch off and never heard back. Called and spoke with a person that I had trouble understanding and ask them to send the report or quote for repair and till today never heard back. Called today but no specialist available to answer and I ask for a a supervisor and I was told with an attitude since I cant believe there are no supervisors at all. Hang up the call and saw another review in reference to watch service and is not good so sad that Im palm beach this is the service received. Now the guys at the store that received my watch were very professional and maybe they can give classes to the repair dept
