Recent storm had an 80' tree down across our driveway, preventing anyone from leaving. Called ACER and within the hour the tree was removed from the driveway, stacked neatly on the side of the driveway and allowed us to have a normal day.
We requested a quote for removing the 5 remaining, same size trees in that area. ACER asked for no money that day - sent a quote two days later - with the opportunity to only pay the amount for the work already performed or consider the other trees as well. We went for all - 2 days later they were onsite, removed the other 5 trees and wonderful cleanup by ACER.

I was looking to flip a house in Trumbull and reached out to the Acer Tree Service late afternoon on the Eve of NYE (Friday at 4PM). Not only did the owner call me back but he offered to take a look at my project first thing in the morning. Although I didnt end up acquiring the property, and didnt need the trees removed, the customer service alone is the reason I will be using Acer Tree Service in the future. To anyone looking for a tree removal service I recommend you start here.

Paul and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They came today and removed a number of large trees close to the house while navigating power lines and tight spaces. Also, did a great job cleaning up. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for fair priced quality tree service in the area. Service: Tree removal

Paul Kallmeyer of Acer Tree Service did a wonderful, meticulous, timely job in removing six trees from our property as well as trimming back overgrown smaller trees and underbrush.  The result was an open, neater landscape with a lot more sunshine and space for the long unused vegetable garden.  He arrived when he said he would to review the work.  As we walked around the property he listened to what I wanted, made very good suggestions for things I had not considered and gave me a feeling of confidence that he knew the subject matter.  He and his team arrived precisely on time the day of the removal.  They trimmed, cut and wood chipped all the trees in a very orderly fashion which made me feel the job was always under control.  When they were finished Paul and I briefly walked around to review the results. Excellent work!  Hardly a leaf or twig left on the ground and a new, beautiful, bigger backyard!  Thank you Paul and team!

Paul was very knowledgeable and really helped us understand the trees, and their needs, in our yard.
