I called this morning around 12:00 I had asked for an appointment for my nausea and migraines. The lady that I had talked to told me that they could fill me in at 6:45 the same evening. I arrived to my appointment, I hadn’t gotten the text message to check in so I tried messaging the number left in the window, and it was an error. I called the office and gave the lady my date of birth and name and she said I wasn’t on the schedule and the schedule was full. I tried explaining that I had called earlier that morning and scheduled and appointment, but apparently in the system it never happened. The lady was rude and inconsiderate. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem with this office, and this is the only office I go to because I trust the staff.
