        They do not listen and continue to call. Also they hang up on you when you express that you are upset that they pester you with calls. Alex is totally unprofessional and has extremely bad customer service.

        If you have Allstate, cancel as fast as you can and go with any other company thats around! My parents have been with this company for 49 years and just because my dad filed 2 claims within a 3 year span, they tripled his premium!! If I could have given zero stars I would have cause they dont even deserve one!!
