I would put 0 or minus , paying 125$ per visit , no water they even can provide . Saying that open at 9 , u will have to wait another hour to register ??????? Besides looks like its construction inside , it is not an emergency, its 1 star Chinese restaurant! Dont go ever !

They were very kind and never seemed frustrated w us which is very welcoming but they were not quite efficient which is why Im giving 3stars. My Deddy broke his thumb Friday morning and I called urgent care on Howe to tell them that he may of dislocated or broken his thumb to be sure they could treat it. We didnt want to go to ER if not necessary. They said they could handle it so we went there around 3pm. Well after xrays, they didnt feel comfortable fixing it so referred us to a specialist that after going to the office we learn the office hasnt been there since 2014 so they referred us to another, but didnt send all the paperwork over, then they prescribed my deddy meds bc he wouldnt be able to get it set and casted/splinted till Monday. (3days later) went to pharmacy to find they only sent in an anti inflammatory that takes a week to take effect and used for arthritis.. I know my deddy down played his pain verbally but touching it made him almost come out the seat so surely a professional could see he was acting tough.. they gave him a numbing shot but it only half worked. I had to call back to this office over 5times to fix things just to end up getting him no help at all! Here it is 8:51pm and 9mins till the pharmacy closes and His thumb is still broken, still in major pain, and we had to pay co pays at every office just to walk out in the same condition he came in.. i hate seeing my Deddy in pain and Im disappointed that they didnt have their stuff together in that office. But like I said, they were nice and compassionate..

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR CARE!!!! It was probably the most uncomfortable experience Ive had at an urgent care or with any medical practice. They were extremely rude and were dismissive. The front desk receptionists should be fired due to lack of privacy for the patients and not taking their job seriously. While I was waiting to get seen after I had signed paper work, both of the receptionist went outside for a smoke, mind you they were not on break or lunch. The doctor left the door wide open while examining me (HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION) and didnt physically exam me. The externs that were working there had more manners and sympathy than the actual employees. This establishment should be shut down. Also, the receptionist I was dealing with was reading important private information out loud, another huge HIPAA violation. Its sad those people are in the health care field.

I had the worse experience ever at this place with doctor( tarrar ) I had severe back pain And spoke to the front desk about my Situation and they said they can help me with different Treatments and injections They deal with back pain all the time And if that doesn't help they can take it to the next step and use a different injection to relieve the pain if the first injection doesn't work.. Well that was a lie it was a big trick they injected me with lidocaine and that did not work and I was in severe pain after and I explained it to the doctor and he said Patients usually have to wait 2 hours before relief So give it a while And soon as I stepped out to the lobby there were pressuring me to pay for the injections while I was seen if In Injections were gonna work. So I paid them for the initial visit and for the for injections for $200+200 for shots total $400. So they told me go home and give it a while after 3 hours of being at home I was experiencing severe pain and called and spoke to the Same reception is that told me that can help me with different injections. And they were actually really rude to me so I asked to speak with the doctor tarrar , he got ln the phone before I can explain anything he told me go to the emergency room and he hung up the phone in my face I was reallly shocked and Quite surprised a license professional doctor would treat a patient like that instead of talking nicely in telling me to go to the emergency room , I was so upset and drove there after crawling to my car with pain I went there and asked him why he hung up on me he totally blew me off and said I can give you a different shot but Will have to pay another $100.... Which he should a injected me with that in the 1st place if it was a better shot. This place is a scam it should be shut down he is not a good doctor he just cares about money bag guy... Fortunately everything he said I had recorded he is a scam And he is being reported to the medical board... Same thing for his staff they all look like they're drug addicts With no medical health experience Quite frankly I think this place should be shut down tomorrow do not waste your money.
