It's been a while, but when I did practice there the staff wasn't all that friendly. I inquired about their teacher training program - very overpriced compared to competitors with more successful programs. Also, something about exercising with people who care more about messing up their make up than their breathe or their form isn't exactly inspiring.

Don’t purchase a recurring plan if ever want to cancel it. I’ve been trying to cancel for 3 months and they keep charging me! I’ve called and emailed corporate and the Newport office via phone and email multiple times with zero response.
This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen and now have to go to small claims court to fight for my money back. This is a total nightmare.
