Hopefully nearing the end of a very difficult year with my ex, and Heidi and her team were wonderful in working with me to get to a positive outcome. Dalinah and Sandy in her office are very responsive (Dalinah in particular is cheerful and pleasant to deal with by phone or email), and Heidi was knowledgeable, comforting, and completely familiar with the court system. She was available either in-person or by phone/email, and helped me process all options and strategies to figure out an amicable solution. Never made me feel rushed in consultations and helped to keep my stress levels down in what has been an extremely stressful situation. Also worth mentioning, she was able to attend an ex-parte (emergency) hearing three days after I first contacted her. That was quite a relief! Would highly recommend.
