Worst place. If u want to dump a family member & leave take em here. Awful care, nurses are rude. They are using covid to hide how awful of a facility this place really is..... takes on avg 1.5 to 2 hours for a nurse or anyone to respond when a patient is crying for help. This place is a horror story movie!
While they take up to 2 hours to answer a call - they have been observed on their cell phones which they dont wash their hands after touching their cell phones, GROSS. WATCHING TV. They act like they hate their patients & their jobs. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Since they have moved into their new building it has been a wonderful experience. The building is so nice and clean and smells good. Neika the case manager is super good to work with. She always does her best to meet my needs and answers my questions. Lisa the front desk receptionist is very polite and friendly. Tawnya the director of nursing services is exceptional as well and goes out of her way to help in any way.

The sister hospital Cobalt Rehab Hospital is horrible. Stay away. They have allowed my father to lay in a wet bed two mornings so far. He fell in the elevator and seriouly hurt himself.  The head nurse told me it happened due to a family member down...which was a lie. I talked to the quality control lady. She said keeping a patient in a wet and not answering the nurses bell is common in any facility. ***STAY AWAY****
