The website states "recreate your experience".... well, don't expect that same experience of what you slept on, in what you purchase. The pillow I purchased was 1/3 the fill of the pillows I slept on in the hotel. Awful, pancake flat, uncomfortable and extremely over-priced at $80! They should be ashamed! Cannot even get proper support with it folded over. What I was sold WAS NOT what is in the hotel rooms. No refunds, another way to take advantage!
DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to throw away money.
Be warned should you buy anything more expensive...doubtful you will receive the same as you experienced in the hotel.
BTW - If you really want the same mattress you sleep on, from ANY hotel, mattress companies have entire divisions devoted to selling customers mattresses in hotels! A simple call to Beautyrest or Sealy and they will make to order the actual bed you slept on, when you tell them which hotel you stayed in! Affordable AND you do get what you slept on!
