We had them come out as our washing machine was just not kicking over to the wash cycle. We called they were in the area and I had someone at my house within 10 minutes!! Looked at everything and nothing was wrong just physics working against us so had to readjust the hose lol when they left they said it was no charge!! Cant believe there are still great honest people out there still!! They have my business for life!! Highly recommend!

I bought a washer and dryer set about 6 years ago and have only had to call back twice for minimal repairs from parts that were meant to fail before the more expensive parts do. Each time I'm greated with kindness and respect and they always work me in as soon as possible. Micheal and Jeremy have been amazing people, they show up exactly when they said they would. The price is exactly what they said it would be and they always leave the area cleaner than when they found it. Highly recommend.

I am usually all about local business and supporting the little man however after my last experience I guess I have no choice but to take my business to Jeffrey's Appliance which greatly saddens me I really felt as though Jeremy was all about customer service and satisfaction
