Had the misfortune of a really leaky, floor ruining, toilet. Had the GOOD fortune of calling ServPro of Portsmouth /Norfolk. Rich, the Project Manager in water mitigation was awesome. He was on time, personable, through and knowledgeable. So polite. The gentlemen, Dave and Sir, assigned to do the work were the same. Great experience thus far and only expect the same as the project continues. Service: Water damage cleanup

We had an unfortunate experience with water damage beneath our kitchen cabinets, hidden inside the wall a drain pipe that turned into an ugly situation. Dave and Moose came to our rescue. They were very professional, arrived on time, assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done and got right to work. They did a fantastic job in removing all the damaged flooring and wall and did a good job with the cleanup. Richard was also instrumental in advising a plumber that could be contacted. We appreciate the professionalism, advisement and the excellent service received. I would recommend them. Super team. Service: Water damage cleanup

Barron “Barry” Sternberg was FANTASTIC to work with during our home repairs. He was professional and constantly in communication. He was respectful, listened carefully and was quick to rise to the challenge of whatever was needed to complete the project in a timely manner. I would recommend Barry and his team to anyone - they made a true nightmare of a situation easier to handle.
