Good Day to all who reads this. Today Rosenbaum Fence Company completed my backyard vinyl/pvc fence today. The two gentlemen Don and Nate that did the install did top notch work. The quality of work is unmatched; there is no wave in the fence and it's straight right down the gig line. Last year Rosenbaum Fence Company did the of our front of the house and the fence is doing great with a few minor adjustments that we were able to adjust on our own with adjusting a few bolts alining the entry points of the gate do to the settling of the fence. We would definitely use them again. Quality of is work is unmatched.

I contacted Rosenbaum Fence Company for a privacy fence estimate. Elana came out the following week to prepare our estimate. She was very communicative, arrived on time, and provided an estimate to us on the spot. Just awesome! We ultimately decided to go with another company but, we were very pleased with the excellent customer service that we received from Rosenbaum Fence. I have also seen their work in our neighborhood. I highly recommend them!

Brandon and his crew did a great job on our ornamental fence last week. It was completed in two days and it is exactly what we wanted. They were very professional and the fence looks beautiful and sturdy!

The Rosenbaum company (Franks Crew) were friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job with updates and repairs on my current fence that they installed previously! We plan to have them back for additional projects!

My neighbors tree hit my fence. The fence was originally installed by Rosenbaum, so I called them out to make an assessment and repair the damage. They completed them last fall. This spring I noticed the fence is pulling away and falling out away from my property. I called and the office said their VP, Sean would be coming out to assess. The morning of, the office called and asked me if we could push back my appointment time due to Seans foot pain. No problem I said. I am home alone with a small child and I notice a red truck parked outside and a man walking up from my neighbors yard. I walk outside, and he greets me. He tells me his assessment was done from my neighbors yard and shows that the damage was caused by something inside my yard. I offer to unlock my gate and take him back to see it up close. Never once does he check the footer of the fence, when I questioned if it had been concreted properly, he replied we always do it properly. I said do you want to remove the leaf cover and check? He replies oh I will. He never does. Instead he just stands there and tells me something hit it, I ask what, he claims a structure that was attached the fence when the initial repair was made. There is no damage to the fence. The arguing continues in a civil manner, and he announces he is leaving. I told him I will post my experience online to which he replies I hope you do. Good luck, I have pictures. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from a company. Not even a thorough assessment was done, and he is dismissing me. He said he would post his photos of my fence, I hope he does because I never received any before or after the repair. I am curious to see the work done. Thanks for reading. ETA their response: Rosenbaum Fence Company (Owner) 22 minutes ago We did this repair on a 4' high ornamental fence just over a year ago early last March and it consisted of replacing 2 line posts and one section of ornamental fence due to tree damage. We install all of our ornamental fence posts in concrete and did so on this repair as well. I did inspect the footer today from inside your yard by pulling on the post really hard and it was still tight in the ground. The post has been impacted by something causing it to lean over severely and the panel is bent as well. There is a wood structure that is leaning against and zip tied to the fence in that area as well. I tried to copy and paste the pictures but cant on this review. I did try to be respectful and I do apologize our interaction was not what either of us intended. My response - thank you for your reply. Have you fired me as a customer after this unfortunate interaction this morning or will you be able to produce an estimate for repair costs? We never got that far in the conversation. Your mind was made up that this was my fault before I unlocked my gate to allow you access to my backyard. The negative reviews on social media are gaining a lot of traction. I will be glad to delete them and update to a pleasant review once the work is completed to my satisfaction. After having posted this in my local Moms Group another local mother reached out to me with a similar experience with the Vice President, Shawn. This is extremely concerning. I hope you are kinder to females moving forward in your interactions with customers.
