Im a new patient trying to get an appointment. Ive called several times on different days and can never get through to anyone. Disappointing!!! Do better.

I saw a specialist post partum for very debilitating symptoms (i.e. I couldn't sit) and was given a diagnosis and subsequent treatment. After 2 follow-ups over the course of 3 months, where my symptoms were only minimally improving and even flaring, the doctor recommended an invasive procedure. During this time period, he failed to reply to my messages through the portal even though he recommended I do so initially. I sought a second opinion from a colorectal surgeon who disagreed with the original diagnosis and gave me treatment/solutions that completely gave me relief. Had I not sought a second opinion, I would have had unnecessary procedures and persistent sympotms. I did like the receptionists, though.

You know I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but my experience was pretty good. The biggest issue this place has is scheduling the initial appointment. I was on hold over the course of multiple days for over an hour. I wound up contacting my insurance company who connected with a scheduler through a different number. These same schedulers lost my original referraltwice. And subsequently sent my prep meds to the wrong pharmacy and never told me where it was. It was like a scavenger hunt to find out where itd gone. I mean taking them out the equation, everyone else was top notch from the doctor who explained the procedure weeks prior to the wonderfully pleasant front desk lady day of procedure, the anesthesiologist, nurses and doctor who performed the procedure. No waiting. I was in and out within 2 hours.

It was my first conversation and not being sure of what kind of experience I would have. I encountered highly professional and courteous staff. My questions were answered, I felt well informed. you
