        I believe Steve is aware of my disappointment from the recent visit for annual physical. That's the reason for the change in this review from 5* - 1*. After Dr. Rao moved to conceirge practice, I have felt degradation in the quality of the service and health suggestions/recommendations that used to be provided to patients. This is based on my experiences from past 4 years visiting here. And for this reason, the recent visit is going to be my last visit here along with 7 other friends' whom I had recommended here in the past.

        I cannot recommend Prima Medicine and Alexa Kulick enough! The entire process of setting up appointments (even emergency ones like the one I had today) is quick and painless. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the App makes it easy to find my labs/notes/etc. I'm very satisfied with my experience at Prima.
