        There continues to be a serious problem with crime against vehicles in both the parking lot and the garage. For years building management has ignored repeated resident requests to install security cameras in the garage and parking lot and instead blames residents for not securing their vehicles. Last night a friend of mine had all four tires stolen from her car in the parking lot. Police say it probably took the thieves five minutes or less. The police have no chance of catching the criminals because there is no surveillance video.

        I have lived here for more than 3 years , and I can confidently say this has been a good decision to make The falls flint hill my home . The elevators and buildings are routinely cleaned up . The location is excellent , and very close to 66 highway . The management are absolutely very helpful ., the maintenance are terrific , repairs are handled in a timely manner . The location is very accessible to outdoor waking . The gym is very well maintained, so is the pool during summer time , great place for relaxing and use the pool with confidence . Its my first apartment rent experience , i am confidant to say I made the right decision .

Florencia and Gonzalo have been knowledgeable, kind, attentive and welcoming throughout the entire move-in process and beyond. Fellow residents are also warm and welcoming in passing. Lerner Falls at Flint Hill is a location that gets everything right, and remains humble about it.
