Buyer beware! I purchased a ram 3500 dually which was a certified pre owned unit. That means the power train and some other things are covered under warranty for 6 years or 100k miles. At about the 5.5 year mark and 88k miles a piston misfired and the entire engine blew. Knowing this was a covered item I had it towed in and inspected to be told 2 months later that it was not going to be covered and that I would be on the hook for a $30,000 engine. It has been 6 months of dodged phone calls and managers at lunch every time I stop in. My transport business has lost out on thousands of dollars worth of potential income. Hopefully Ben(Sales Manager) or Chad (General manager) will make this right but I doubt it. The only positive thing about my experience is Lucas, a service advisor. Too bad he works for an incompetent and dishonest dealership.

i was forced to go to this dealership as it was the only one i can find that woudl service my Fiat, After being told i would be charged around 3k dollars for a single cut wire. I refused. i looked at a trade in and the sales man was just checked out, did not listen to a word we said, all he kept doing was pulling up his computer webpage, Ken Graff Listens BULL honky!

Service person was very helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner.

Great job, made an appointment they got it in. Told me what was wrong, got it fixed. I got it back in within two days. Labor is definitely higher at dealerships but what are ya gonna do, right.
