Uptown Cheapskate Layton

Found some clothes for my wife and 3 kids here. This place is amazing. I really like the workers and they're very helpful. They all had smiles on their faces. The place is upkept and tidy. This is an upscale thrift store and I always seem to find an outfit for any occasion. Thank you.

Neat little pre-owned clothing store. The men's section is smaller, but still a lot to select from. Everything is organized really well so it can be a quick in and out painless experience with great staff and music. The store is clean and smells really nice. Looking forward to bringing in some of my own clothes to make a quick buck.

I went in today to sell some clothes, I have a vintage business of my own but occasionally sell newer items to uptown cheapskate, buffalo exchange etc. When we walked in the assistant manager greeted us and was really friendly, but once we went to sell things went downhill fast. A girl with short red hair was in charge of buying my things, her tone was so condescending, I was confused if I had said or done something to upset her, so I tried to ignore it and shopped with partner for a bit. I looked over and she was throwing my things on the floor, not even into the bag I brought, just throwing them on the floor like trash, I get it, theyre just clothes but later I observed her gently folding and putting away another customers stuff, like, what did I do? When it was done someone said buy for Lily is ready, so I walked up and smiled, not sure where to go next, the girl who called my name looked at me like I had taken a dump in her morning cereal, bizarre, then the redhead chimes in you can go over there with so much contempt I wanted to melt into the floor. Anyway we received several dirty looks from the staff, Assistant Manager excluded. At the end I told the assistant manager who seemed surprised at the lack of customer service. I know times are tough, but the least we can do is be kind to each other, its so much easier than being awful. Dont worry, we definitely wont be back again! Buyers/customers just be aware the customer service is bad, and several things were overpriced.

I love this store! Selling my clothing here has always been quick and easy. The girls that work here are so friendly, upbeat and willing to help!! The selection is good and I never leave empty handed! I always find clothes that I like. I highly recommend shopping here.

I donated some never worn jordans , two brand new still had the tag bridal dresses from fashion nova , a older but brand new lui viotton belt and some other really nice goodies and was told they only took 5 items and quoted me 17 dollars and wouldnt say exactly what they choose to keep , i also looked around and found that their sales only applied to non branded items but my husband still found some shorts he liked and so at checkout we where finishing up and she asked if i wanted to go bagless like they where going to keep the nice PINK tote bag i had used to carry my items into the store if I wouldnt have asked for it back they wouldnt have gave it to me . Overall i HIGHLY Recommend making the extra trip to Ogdens Runway Fashion exchange trust me you'll be glad you did !
